A modern approach to treating edentulism — All-on-X

Tomasz Kaczyński, DDS, PhD
Periodontist and Implant Surgeon
I graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University of Warsaw, achieving the highest grade average across all years of study. In 2019 I defended my doctoral thesis with distinction and obtained the title of specialist in periodontology.
I am an international lecturer in the treatment of edentulism using the All-on-X method. I regularly run courses and speak at scientific congresses in the USA, Canada and Australia, among others. I have trained hundreds of doctors from all over the world, enabling them to implement innovative treatment methods in their own practices. My courses have been attended by doctors from 5 continents and more than 30 countries — including Canada, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.

Practice based on scientific evidence. I hold a PhD in medical sciences and I am the author of 25 scientific publications in renowned journals.
Combining many years of clinical experience with a scientific career allows me to offer treatment consistent with the latest medical knowledge.
Treating edentulism
forget about removable dentures
The All-on-X / All-on-4 / All-on-6 method
Regain your confidence and comfort of life with fixed prosthetic solutions. Traditional removable dentures are a thing of the past — modern dentistry makes it possible to rebuild an entire dental arch in a stable, aesthetic and fully functional way.
Get rid of your denture in one day.
Whether you are completely edentulous or still have teeth that need to be extracted, in most cases we can deliver a fixed, non-removable implant-supported restoration on the very day of the procedure. It is a fast and comfortable path to restoring both function and the aesthetics of your smile.
No bone?
Thanks to modern implant techniques, in most cases a full reconstruction of the dentition is possible without any bone grafting procedures. This shortens treatment time, makes it less invasive and lets you return to everyday life sooner.
Unfortunately these techniques are not available with every specialist — which is why we also help patients who have previously been told that treatment is not possible.
Loose teeth and periodontitis?
Struggling with periodontal problems and conventional treatment is not working? Modern implantology makes it possible to regain fixed, comfortable teeth even when traditional periodontal treatment is no longer effective.
With solutions such as All-on-X you can eat, speak and smile freely again — with no compromises.
Our patients’ transformations
Every case is individual. Below we present examples of the results of implant treatment in our patients.

Consultation and diagnostics
Treatment begins with a consultation — an examination of the patient, analysis of diagnostic imaging including a cone beam CT scan (CBCT), plus photographic documentation and digital intraoral scans. The doctor assesses the condition of the oral cavity, establishes an individual treatment plan tailored to the patient and answers all questions.
Day of the procedure
This includes extracting the teeth, placing the implants and digitally recording the implant positions using technologies such as intraoral scanning and dental photogrammetry. For an experienced surgeon the procedure can often take less than an hour. While waiting for the temporary teeth, the patient can rest in a dedicated patient room. Waiting time for the screw-retained temporary bridge is usually 1–1.5 hours.
Final bridge
After an implant integration period of 3–4 months, a new bridge is made from zirconia — a durable and aesthetic material. It is then precisely adjusted to the patient’s expectations.
The synergy of periodontology and implantology
The foundation of a lasting smile
Implant treatment in patients with periodontal disease (periodontitis) is particularly demanding. Effective treatment combines advanced implant surgery with deep knowledge of the periodontal tissues (periodontology).
Why does this combination matter so much for the patient?
Healthy foundations come first
As a specialist periodontist, my first priority is the condition of the gums and bone. Only an implant placed in a healthy, inflammation-free environment has a chance to serve for many years.
Treating difficult cases
Periodontal knowledge allows us to save the smiles of patients struggling with periodontal disease (periodontitis). We know how to prepare the tissues so that implant treatment is safe and predictable.
“Pink and white” aesthetics
Implantology is not only about “white” teeth — it is also about the “pink” aesthetics of the gums. Periodontal techniques let us shape the gum line precisely so that the new smile looks completely natural and harmonious.
Prevention and durability
Understanding the biology of the tissues around the implant. This lets us apply solutions that minimise the risk of peri-implantitis (inflammation around the implants), which is the most common long-term cause of implant loss.
By choosing the combination of periodontology and implantology, you invest in treatment designed in line with the biology of your own body.
The modern era of smile reconstruction:
precision you can trust
In our practice we make no compromises when it comes to your smile. Full-arch reconstruction is a procedure that genuinely changes quality of life, which is why we base it on advanced digital dentistry. By combining modern technologies we plan a result that is not only aesthetic, but also fully consistent with the principles of biology.
Why does technology matter for your success?

Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT)
Your safety comes first.
Before we start, we see everything. A three-dimensional image of your jaw allows us to plan the implant positions with surgical precision, avoiding important anatomical structures and making maximum use of the available bone. That is a guarantee of stability for years.
Intraoral scanning
Say goodbye to traditional impressions.
Forget impression materials and discomfort. Our scanner creates a digital model of your smile in a few minutes. It is faster, cleaner and incomparably more accurate.
Photogrammetry
The key to a perfect fit.
This is our “secret weapon” in full-arch work. It lets us transfer the implant layout to the computer with micron accuracy. The result? The prosthetic restoration fits perfectly, with no tension and no adjustments, giving you natural comfort from day one.
Digital treatment planning
Precision before we even begin.
Every smile in the All-on-X concept is first designed in advanced digital software. This allows us to plan the shape, proportions and position of the teeth precisely before treatment starts, ensuring maximum accuracy and a predictable, aesthetic final result.
Invest in predictability and the highest quality.
Your new smile starts with digital precision.
Experience that attracts specialists from all over the world.
