All-on-4 – fixed teeth on four implants
The All-on-4 protocol rebuilds a complete dental arch on four implants and lets you leave the clinic with a fixed temporary bridge the same day. It is a solution for edentulous patients and for those whose remaining teeth cannot be saved.

How the All-on-4 method works
Four implants are placed in the upper or lower jaw. The two front implants are positioned vertically and the two rear ones at an angle — this uses the areas of highest bone density and in most cases avoids the maxillary sinuses and the alveolar nerve. For many patients who were previously told they "do not have enough bone for implants", this removes the need for bone grafting.
A bridge restoring the full arch of teeth rests on the implants placed this way. Chewing forces are distributed evenly and the construction is stable from day one.
Treatment step by step
- 1
Consultation and CT scan
Assessment of the bone, gums and any remaining teeth. A 3D CT scan and an intraoral scan form the basis of the treatment plan.
- 2
Digital planning
The position of every implant is planned virtually before surgery begins, which makes the procedure shorter and more predictable.
- 3
Surgery
Removal of teeth that cannot be saved and placement of the implants under local anaesthesia or — at the patient’s request — under general anaesthesia.
- 4
Temporary bridge the same day
The patient leaves the clinic with a fixed temporary bridge, a complete set of teeth and the ability to eat.
- 5
Osseointegration
The implants integrate with the bone over roughly 3–4 months. During this time the patient functions on the temporary bridge.
- 6
Final bridge
Once healing is complete we make the definitive bridge, matched aesthetically and functionally.
Who is All-on-4 for
- Patients who are fully edentulous in one or both arches
- People whose teeth cannot be saved because of advanced periodontal disease or decay
- Removable denture wearers who want a fixed solution
- Patients with moderate bone loss for whom vertical implant placement would not be possible
When there is too little bone
With extreme maxillary bone loss All-on-4 alone may not be enough. The solution then is zygomatic implants, anchored in the cheekbone — also without bone grafting.
What All-on-4 treatment costs
The cost of treatment depends on the chosen solution and is spread over stages:
Stage I – implant placement together with the temporary bridge
from PLN 27,000
Stage II – making the final bridge
from PLN 19,000
We offer convenient financing so you can spread the treatment over comfortable instalments. We present the exact plan and cost estimate individually during the consultation.
Anaesthesia and comfort
The procedure is carried out under very effective local anaesthesia, which completely eliminates pain. For patients who feel strong anxiety or need extra comfort, we also offer the option of full general anaesthesia — the patient simply falls asleep and wakes up once everything is done.
After the procedure there may be some mild swelling or tenderness, which we fully control with appropriately selected medication. Most patients return to their daily activities within a few days.
Book a consultation
During the consultation we assess the condition of your bone and gums, take a CT scan and present an individual treatment plan together with a cost estimate.
